Our perception
Germany’s economy and its companies are having an increasing problem filling positions and finding employees necessary for growth and success. Anyone who has orders but cannot carry them out due to a lack of suitable staff is doomed to failure in the long term.
At the same time, in many countries outside Europe, it is becoming increasingly difficult for people to get a training place or a job that matches their qualifications, supports their family, or gives them prospects for the future.
Our vision
In an increasingly global world, it should be possible to solve these problems. People should be able to live and work where their labor is valued and needed. Companies should find employees who meet their requirements and who approach the tasks assigned to them in a motivated and qualified manner.
Small and medium-sized companies cannot do this alone without neglecting their actual business. They therefore need a mediator in the middle who bridges borders and creates connections.
Our mission
As GEKACON, we take on this task. We establish the connection between companies in Germany and potential employees outside Europe. With our network, we ensure a legal and smooth transfer.
We check qualifications and prepare the visa application. Our local partners take care of exit regulations and registration in the country of origin. We are also available as a contact person after the transfer if problems arise.
